Private sessions give you access to the fullest expression of the Classical Pilates system. In addition to the Reformer, Tower, Wunda Chair, barrels, and mat work, our studio houses specialized apparatus that we have only one of—including the Cadillac, Swedish Bars, Arm Chair, High Chair, Ped-o-Pul, and Foot Corrector.

These pieces aren't simply extras. Each was designed with a purpose, giving your instructor additional ways to teach, challenge, support, and help you understand the work.

Because Private Sessions aren't tied to a class format or identical equipment stations, your instructor has the freedom to move you throughout the studio and select the apparatus that makes the most sense for your body and your practice.

1:1 PRIVATE

In a 1:1 session, your teacher has the freedom to build the work entirely around you— moving between apparatus, refining details, making connections, and choosing the exercises that best serve your body and goals.

You'll also have access to our complete collection of specialized Classical apparatus, including pieces that aren't incorporated into our Semi-Private formats.

Whether you're learning Pilates for the first time or have practiced for years, 1:1 training creates the space to understand the system on a completely different level.

DUET

Better together.

Private Pilates for two.

Duets allow you and a partner to experience the Classical system together while still receiving highly individualized instruction. Your instructor programs the session with both bodies in mind, allowing each person to be appropriately challenged.

Come with a friend, partner, family, or favorite Pilates person.

TRIO

Small group. Personal practice.

Designed for three people who want the energy of practicing together without giving up the attention that makes private Pilates different.

Your instructor guides all three clients through the system while providing individual corrections, variations, and progressions throughout the session.

It's social enough to be fun and small enough to stay personal.
